Before starting your private yoga session, it’s important to assess your objectives. Do you want to reduce stress? Are you hoping for a deeper practice? Is there a specific focus that would be beneficial for you such as back pain or improving flexibility?
Setting clear and achieveable goals is a crucial first step in setting up a safe and effective programme for your maximum benefit

Following a full medical history we’ll use appropriate functional tests to assess you current level of fitness, mobility and health as a basis for designing your bespoke programme in accordance with your goals and objectives

Armed with a knowledge of your strengths, vulnerabilities and direction we can set about designing a tailored programme that is safe, beneficial and enjoyable, helping you get the most from your practice and feel motivated to achieve your personal goals

Make a Booking
You can book your classes online. Select the online 1-to-1 option, choose an available date and time, and enter your details as prompted
You will receive an email confirmation that your appointment is reserved. Please reply with your full name and the word CONFIRM so we can verify that it’s you

Cancel A Booking
Please give 48 hours’ notice of cancellation where possible
Cancellation requests received at 24+ hours from the time of your booking are not chargeable
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 100%Â Â
Online sessions are run on Zoom
Zoom is free to use. Just sign up, download the Zoom Client, and you’re good to go
You’ll receive a meeting link for your booked session by email or messaging app of your choice. Click the link – and you’re in!
You can join a meeting 15 minutes before the scheduled time, when you’ll be placed in a virtual waiting room and have time to set up your sound and vision and iron out any technical issues

You can pay for your class with a debit or credit card or PayPal account if you have one using the facility below
You can also pay by direct banking transfer (BACS). Please request my A/C details when booking your appointment
Pay for Your 1-2-1 Yoga Class(es)
ÂPayments are managed by PayPal. PayPal accept all major debit & credit cards and you don’t need to have a PayPal account

Are the activities suitable for me as a beginner?
Certainly. Yoga can be easy or demanding, gentle or strong, depending on your abilities, your needs, and also your preferences
