Yoga For Your Body, Mind & Spirit
Our small-group classes are wellbeing oriented. We practice classical hatha yoga, an ancient yoga form combining body work with breath and mindful attention for a strong body and a calm mind. Gentle exercise, movement and sustained postures help build muscle tone, stability and balance. Mindfulness of the body and breath help settle the mind, promoting calm and emotional resilience
Join our more active osteopathic yoga class, focused on strengthening and steadying your mind and body as a basis for optimal health

We make light use of formal props in the sessions. However, a few essentials can make your yoga experience more comfortable and effective
A yoga mat is a great non-slip surface for standing work, and gives you cushioning when lying down. Also useful is a cord or belt to help you stretch and stabilize in certain poses. A 2-300 page paper-back book will align your head and neck when lying down. And I never do yoga indoors without a dining chair handy
Clothing? Anything loose, lightweight, or elasticated that lets you to move freely
